  • I provide a safe, collaborative, and culturally sensitive space which will allow you to feel comfortable in opening up and sharing parts of you that are hurting or need extra support.

As we go on the therapeutic journey together, I will be there to listen, support, and guide you throughout the therapeutic process. My therapeutic approach is holistic, evidence based, and nurturing to work towards uncovering your unconscious thoughts in order to develop greater self-awareness and insight. Once insight has been gained, you will be able to develop greater clarity on the issues at hand. We will then work as a team to develop strategies that will help you cope with the issues using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

My role is to provide empathy and compassion; and guide you along the way to achieve your goals one step at a time.
